Thank you for visiting! The Berkshire Hills Civic Association (BHCA) is an organization for and of residents of the Berkshire Hills neighborhood of northern York County, PA.
The purpose of BHCA is to care for our park, to promote community awareness, and to coordinate neighborhood events.
BHCA meetings occur twice a year, typically in April and September, and are open to all residents. We encourage you to join the board, attend the meetings, and become an active part of the community.
BHCA events include the annual community yard sale, the fall picnic, and the kids' Halloween party.
