BHCA follows these bylaws.
Protective Covenants
The developers of Berkshire Hills established protective covenants to be followed by residents. The covenants are land use mandates that are on file in York County. They are of interest to current residents as well as prospective residents and real estate agents.These documents are in Adobe PDF (portable document file) format.
